Precision engineering of the highest quality is the Gaugemaster promise. Whether a capillary drill or EDM wirecut job, a fixture or fully machined component, we offer a fully comprehensive quality assurance process to all our customers. Gaugemaster maintain a three tier quality control system to suit the customer's needs.
Our inspection department is a temperature-controlled standards room that consists of two CMM machines, a kappa inspection camera, optical projectors and general metrology equipment.
Code 1 Red - The order is subject to conditions of supply as made by the customer.
Code 2 Orange - The order is subject to limited conditions of supply as made by the customer.
Code 3 Green - The order is subject to Gaugemaster's own condition of supply, as agreed with the customer.
