Gaugemaster has perfected its aerospace tooling services over more than five decades.

Our product is our skills and as such we offer our services to the aerospace industry by way of jig & fixture tooling design only, design & manufacture or manufacture only. We also offer a machining service of component parts, as one off's or batches. Our aerospace tooling services are all subject to a stringent quality assurance process, and each of our aerospace components is checked against standards which have served us well over many years and continue to be improved.

Scope

As Precision and Development Engineers, we supply a wide variety of aerospace tooling services including: Design and Manufacture of Gauges Jigs and Fixtures, EDM-ECM Tooling and Electrodes, Engineering Small Batch Precision Components, EDM Wirecut Sub-contract, capillary drill services, CNC Machining and Turning, Instrumentation of components.

Gaugemaster are also approved to manufacture sensitive and critical parts.
